What You Will Do

• Resolve issues with customer Confluent deployments
• Contribute to process development to help us grow efficiently
• Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team
• Improve documentation and create knowledge base articles
• Create and review product demos and internal tools
• Work closely with the Apache Kafka team

What You Will Bring

• Interest in streaming data and becoming a domain expert
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C / C++, C# is a plus
• Experience troubleshooting applications on Linux and distributed systems
• Desire to help customers succeed
