Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Technical Support team. The role focuses on providing advanced technical support for Vultr’s cloud products and infrastructure, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and supporting both customers and internal teams.

You will troubleshoot issues, mentor junior staff, and help maintain enterprise environments. The position involves a 24/7 shift pattern and collaboration across engineering, networking, and system

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise technical support or similar role.
• Strong experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on Vultr products and services.
• Act as first responder to platform-level alerts and incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and support procedures.
