The role requires 2+ years in technical support or software engineering, strong SQL querying, scripting in Python/Node.js, and comfort with Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and debug code — tracing issues through application logic.
• Ability to write and interpret database queries (SQL) to investigate data issues.
• Hands-on experience in Linux environments for log investigation and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise incoming support tickets from casino operators by severity and impact.
• Diagnose and investigate application, system, and data issues through hands-on technical analysis.
• Identify root causes by examining logs, querying databases, and tracing issues through codebase.
• Implement fixes and workarounds and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver bug fixes, patches and enhancements.
• Build and maintain knowledge base of issues, root causes, and resolutions.
• Improve support documentation for faster issue resolution.
• Communicate issue status, timelines, and outcomes to customers.
