Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with CNC machines, automated assembly systems, or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-resolution support to customers and field technicians.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during customer support engagements.
• Assist customers in equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Respond to service requests and emergency support situations.
• Document service activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold quality and service standards.
