Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Metronome team. You will be on the front lines delivering world-class support and partnering with Metronome's engineers, customer success, and growth teams to resolve issues and improve the product.

Your work will include building internal tools, updating documentation, and providing feedback that shapes the product roadmap, while ensuring customers’ successful integrations with Metronome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing technical support organization or in engineering.
• Experience with engineering teams and providing technical feedback on customer issues.
• Ability to debug and triage bugs and escalations from customers.
• Can communicate technical capabilities of the product to customers.
• Experience writing scripts or internal tools using APIs, and knowledge of SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to customers’ developers on API integration and product usage.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose blockers, and escalate with context to engineering.
• Develop internal tools to automate workflows and identify feature gaps.
• Design and help implement a knowledge base to assist customers.
