Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer within Metronome to deliver world‑class customer service while becoming a product expert. You will work with Metronome's engineers, customer success, and growth teams to diagnose issues, provide API guidance, and contribute to internal tooling and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing technical support or engineering role.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and providing technical feedback.
• Ability to debug and triage customer escalations and bugs.
• Ability to communicate technical product capabilities clearly to customers.
• Experience scripting or building internal tools using APIs and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to customers’ developers on API integration and product usage.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose blockers, and escalate with context to engineering.
• Develop internal tools to automate customer workflows and improve products.
• Design and help implement a knowledge base to support customers.
