Qualifications

• Mandatory GIS maps knowledge.
• Experience documenting queries and problem details.
• Ability to resolve client queries within SLAs and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and resolve client queries through step-by-step solutions.
• Diagnose issues, guide users, and document interactions in tracking system.
• Update availability in RAVE system and maintain self-help documents.
• Escalate critical issues to Team Leader as required.
