What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead multiple large-scale healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own client relationships—be the strategic voice in boardrooms and on the jobsite
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery: budgeting, risk, safety, scheduling, and staffing
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific protocols (ICRA, AHCA, OSHPD, etc.)
• Build, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams of PMs, Supers, and Engineers
• Partner with Precon and Exec teams to forecast growth and expand healthcare footprint
