Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical field or evidence of exceptional ability.
• 1+ years in technical customer and desktop support.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills demonstrated.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Able to lift and relocate devices up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with ticketing systems; Jira preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class system and application support to internal and external customers.
• Configure and install new systems and upgrade existing ones.
• Automate processes, reporting and responses where possible.
• Troubleshoot technical issues from remediation to root cause.
• Address root causes to prevent repeat issues.
• Improve operations and stay current on IT technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve advanced issues.
• Create documentation to help team resolve issues faster.
