Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is hiring a Technical Support specialist to assist customers during inventories and answer questions about equipment operation. This remote role requires HS Diploma and some IT exposure, with a focus on Windows environments and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalates complex questions to senior representatives.
• Provide excellent customer service to callers and clients.
• Assist customers with setup and operation of equipment for inventories.
• Coordinate internal activities to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Enter client information/requests into the department database documenting interactions.
• Support callers by directing to appropriate resources.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Technical Support for our premier client Remote opportunity (Only EST & CST hours).

Education and Experience

• Languages: Spanish

Knowledge and Skills

• Laptop or PC in good working condition, good internet, 2 monitors required, must be able to support Windows 10 and be able to download software. No Mac.
• Provides assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process.
• Assists customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories.
• Coordinates internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed in a timely manner as agreed to with customer.
• Prepares and enters required client information/requests into departments database to document customer interaction and resolution.
• Works under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services.
• Directs callers to appropriate resources
