Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Technical Supervisor to oversee a facilities management and support team on a key life sciences client site in Irving, TX. You will forecast workload, plan workloads, and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires supervisory experience, CMMS proficiency, and strong organizational and mathematical abilities; HVAC knowledge is a plus. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience required.
• CMMS experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with leaders and clients to forecast workload and deliverables.
• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule and oversee daily team activities.
• Develop new methods to improve efficiency and processes.
• Coach others to develop expertise across the function.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
