Job summary

BBSI seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial builds with strong MEP coordination. You will drive safety, schedule, QA/QC, and daily field activities from mobilization to closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers.

The role is primarily on-site in Sunnyvale, requiring hands-on leadership and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors for timely delivery. OSHA 30 and on-site experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of construction experience, including 4+ years as a Superintendent.
• Strong background with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven expertise in MEP coordination within complex builds.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and inspections.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Life sciences or technical project experience is a plus.

About the Role

A leading commercial general contractor specializing in complex projects across life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and high-end interiors is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically demanding environments and has strong experience managing MEP-intensive projects.

You’ll be responsible for driving project execution on-site-ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and seamless coordination across all trades and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
