Reliant Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on technically challenging Life Sciences construction projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity, overseeing subcontractors and staff to deliver complex pharma, biotech, and laboratory facilities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a superintendent with a technical GC background, proven leadership across multiple trades, and experience delivering projects in the $10M–$50M range.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience leading Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or other highly technical construction projects.
• Strong leadership and multi-trade management skills.
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing construction teams.
• Experience managing projects valued between $10M and $50M.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedules, logistics plans, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, inspections, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate project phasing, site logistics, and field staffing for successful delivery.
• Maintain effective communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Mentor and develop field personnel and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges in fast-paced, complex environments.
