Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Technical Success Manager to lead all technical aspects of MCP program implementations. You will act as the primary technical contact, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with engineering and support to deliver high-value outcomes.

You will guide cloud infrastructure, GitOps-based deployments, and integration with EMR/EHR workflows, while ensuring compliance with interoperability standards and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, health science, or related fields with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and opportunities in health tech.
• Experience with AI/ML, data processing, or statistical methods is a plus.
• Ability to communicate tech- and data-driven solutions to advance medical care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Mentor and train employees effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical contact for MCP program customers and manage tech implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with engineering and support teams as needed.
• Explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead root cause analysis to minimize operational disruption.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Project Managers as the technical liaison.
• Support expansion of MCP programs and integration projects.
• Guide cloud infra provisioning and GitOps-based deployments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards.
• Drive EMR/EHR integration and align with clinical processes.
• Interpret architectures and design deployments to optimize platform.
