Job summary

You will partner with engineering, data science, and clinical colleagues to translate business needs into well-defined requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in digital product management, preferably with healthcare experience; hybrid work within 100 miles of Mayo

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 yrs of technical digital product management experience (3 yrs with digital products and platforms); or minimum of 7 years direct digital product management with HS diploma/GED required.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
• Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products required.
• Experience in SDLC.
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Drive vision, strategy, and requirements for assigned technical product.
• Advocate for end-user experience through data and research-driven discovery and development methods.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business partners to align priorities.
• Manage performance scores/OKRs and cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across CDH domains and Mayo Clinic partners.
