Job summary
LoanPro is seeking a Technical Success Manager in Farmington, UT to drive enterprise-level solutions for our fintech clients. You will join a customer-facing team, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations and ongoing platform optimization.
The role emphasizes deep technical knowledge, architecture design, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role or similar.
- Experience in lending/FinTech is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, and system integration.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, payloads, and basic SQL queries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success to support customers through implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for integrating LoanPro.
- Gather customer requirements to design and architect solutions on the platform.
- Create detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Work with product and engineering to relay customer feedback.
