Job summary

Touchdown Labs is offering a broad technical internship in which you will focus on one primary lane and one bounded project, such as agent and AI systems, backend software, or inference infrastructure. You will begin from a defined problem, expected results, interfaces, and acceptance tests, and you will use AI tools to prototype, test, and iterate with responsibility for correctness.

You will read real repositories, documentation, and experiment records rather than relying on generated

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate with strong fundamentals and evidence of building, experimenting, or researching.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar tools, ask precise questions, and finish a bounded project.
• Code, research, experiments, technical writing, or projects that demonstrate curiosity and ownership.
• Comfort reading existing code and documentation before proposing a rewrite.

Responsibilities

• Build one bounded project in an assigned lane with clear acceptance test and owner.
• Read real repositories, documentation, traces, papers, specifications, experiment records, or process data to guide work.
• Write a clear handoff that explains changes, how to run them, and evidence of results.
