Qualifications

• Experience using AI tooling to accelerate software development.
• Ability to ship code with production-grade practices and to explain AI-driven decisions.
• Bias toward action with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to identify AI tooling opportunities and implement integrations.
• Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla APIs/SDKs to enable AI-assisted development.
• Ship customer-facing or internal tooling that demonstrates real value and is ready for production use.
