Job summary

Montage International in Utah is seeking a Technical Specialist to support ski maintenance and care of the rental fleet, ensuring waxed, tuned, and well-presented equipment and a smooth shop flow. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to coordinate with front desk and guest services to minimize downtime.

You will work with Crystal One and Wintersteiger tools, gain knowledge of hotel standards, and contribute to a premium guest experience in a fast-paced resort

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in ski tuning preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with waxing, base repair and tune machine setup.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ski rental fleet with waxing, tuning and repairs.
• Ensure shop setup and equipment flow for efficient operations.
• Test bindings weekly, monthly and annually in the rental fleet.
• Drive ski tuning revenue and keep fleet well maintained.
• Learn and apply the hotel’s services standards and values.
