Job summary

Montage International in Park City, Utah is seeking a Technical Specialist to assist with ski maintenance and upkeep of our ski rental fleet, while creating a professional back-of-house atmosphere that reflects our luxury standards.

The role requires waxing, base repair, tune machine setup, and regular testing of bindings; you will maintain rental shop flow, support guest service, and contribute to a dependable, high-quality guest experience through teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in ski tuning.
• Experience with Crystal One and Wintersteiger preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ski maintenance and upkeep of ski rental fleet.
• Maintain rental shop setup and flow of equipment.
• Ensure weekly, monthly, and annual testing of bindings in rental fleet.
• Drive ski tuning revenue; ensure rental fleet is waxed and maintained.
• Must integrate company values in all interactions.
