Job summary

PostcardMania in Clearwater, FL is hiring a Technical Specialist to create, customize, and support automations in our PCM Nurture platform (Go High Level). Your work helps clients nurture leads and grow their businesses.

You will lead automation, build workflows, customize snapshots, develop reporting, and train teammates on best practices. A strong Go High Level background and experience with Zapier/Make/Nimble are essential.

Qualifications

• Go High Level experience building automations is required.
• Comfort working with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Nimble.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation: Set up and sync web forms so new leads flow automatically into PCM Nurture
• Build custom workflows, nurture sequences, and DFY solutions using Go High Level
• Customize snapshots to fit client campaigns
• Develop custom reporting for users
• Troubleshoot platform or automation issues
• Train and mentor teammates on workflow building and best practices
• Translate project requirements into practical automations
• Document solutions and new workflow builds for internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and support teams
• Stay organized and self-manage queue to improve results

Full-Time In Office | Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Your Mission

As a Technical Specialist, you will create, customize, and support automations and workflows in our PCM Nurture platform (built on Go High Level). Your goal is to make it effortless for our clients to nurture leads and customers—helping their businesses grow and making our solutions indispensable.

Duties

• Lead automation: Set up and sync web forms so new leads flow automatically into PCM Nurture
• Build custom workflows, nurture sequences, and Done For You (DFY) solutions using Go High Level and connector platforms
• Customize pre-built \"snapshots\" to fit each client’s business and campaign needs
• Develop custom reporting for users that helps them understand and act on their data
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform or automation issues as they arise
• Train and mentor new team members on workflow building and platform best practices
• Read VP-issued project overviews and translate requirements into practical, easy-to-sell automations
• Document solutions, customizations, and new workflow builds for internal knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and support teams to clarify needs and provide technical guidance
• Stay organized, self-manage your queue, and proactively seek ways to improve results

Pay and Schedule

• $21.65/hr
• Full-time, in-office
• Monday - Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM (one hour lunch)

Requirements

• Go High Level platform experience building automations is a must
• Confident working in and learning systems like Zapier, Make, Nimble, or similar automation platforms
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to tackle new technologies and processes
• Strong attention to detail; delivers accurate work quickly and double-checks for errors and improvements on the fly
• Willingness to grow, take initiative, and make the position your own
• Exceptional organization and time management skills—you know how to juggle priorities and self-manage
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and not afraid to dive into technical problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to document, train, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates
