PostcardMania in the Tampa Bay area is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to ensure client campaigns run smoothly from order to finish. You will be the main point of contact, collaborating with design, mailing list, and printing teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong multitasking, solid communication skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced in-office environment. Training is provided, with competitive pay starting at $19.50 per hour and performance-based increases plus monthly

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to type at least 40 WPM with speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your Mission

To “WOW!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaigns running smoothly. You will serve as the customer’s main point of contact after they purchase their order through completion. This includes acting as the liaison between the customer and our design team, mailing list experts, and printing and mailing teams. This fast-paced role requires strong multitasking, decision-making, organization, and attention to detail to ensure client deadlines are consistently met. Ultimately, we strive to deliver flawless, 5-star customer service.

Work Hours

• Full-time, in-office position
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch

Compensation

• Paid training
• $19.50/hour to start
• Increase to $20.50/hour after successful training completion and favorable performance review
• Monthly bonus opportunities up to $400 after 3–6 months

Requirements

• Navigate company computer and email systems effectively after training
• Accurately follow customers’ written and verbal instructions

Other Requirements
