Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager, Storage and Components to lead strategic sourcing for critical AI hardware components. You will own supplier relationships, drive complex negotiations, and optimize total cost of ownership across a rapidly expanding global data center footprint.

You will collaborate with engineering and executive teams to shape roadmaps, manage RFQs/RFPs, and implement master agreements and SOWs, delivering cost savings and resilient supply chains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies and roadmaps for components and third‑party storage.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize awards.
• Own Master Supply Agreements and statements of work (SOWs).
• Drive supplier relationships to optimize total cost of ownership and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape business and technology roadmaps.
