Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a senior supply chain leader to manage and scale supplier relationships for critical IT infrastructure. You will own strategies for supplier selection, multi-sourcing, technology roadmaps, MSAs, SOWs, and LTAs, while also directing materials management, forecasting, and capacity planning to ensure uninterrupted AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in enterprise hardware, data center infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of sourcing professionals and materials teams.
• Proven track record negotiating large multi-year supply agreements at $100M+ level.
• Strong understanding of LTAs, price protection, and tariff provisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Technical Sourcing Managers and Supplier Materials Managers across IT infrastructure categories.
• Own supplier strategy, executive relationships, and long-term agreements.
• Oversee CTB tracking, capacity management, and components forecasting.
• Drive supplier scorecards, KPIs, and risk management across suppliers.
• Present status and strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
