For our client, we are seeking a Technical Sourcer, Research SWE to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will focus on identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent for highly specialized software engineering and research-focused needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build targeted sourcing strategies, shape outreach to passive candidates, and help strengthen talent pipelines in a fast-moving, highly technical environment. The position also calls for strong market mapping, creative search methods, and disciplined tracking of candidate progress and funnel metrics.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
