Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, California is seeking a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for our growing Physical AI footprint. This is an in-office role with occasional remote flexibility as the team scales.

You will build high-quality pipelines for roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering, while developing creative, research-driven sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like for each position.

Formación

• Has 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company.
• Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields.
• Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Has strong organizational skills.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!

We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

We are undergoing a massive growth spurt and are looking for someone who is excited about the sourcing domain and has a passion for engaging top talent as we continue to expand our Physical AI footprint.
