Tesla is seeking a skilled Sourcer to build robust pipelines and partner with Energy Engineering, G&A functions, Legal, Finance, EHS, and HR to attract top talent in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX. This onsite role emphasizes a candidate‑centric approach and strategic use of sourcing tools.

You will identify and engage qualified candidates, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and continuously improve sourcing processes to meet Tesla's hiring objectives across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Gem and ATS systems.
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Working knowledge of employment market trends.
• Strong data tracking and workflow management.
• Familiarity with software engineering or G&A functions (legal, finance, EHS, HR).

Tesla Sourcers find top talent to power a sustainable future. This role partners closely with various teams under Energy Engineering and/or G&A functions such as Legal, Finance, EHS, and HR unit to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent to Tesla. This role is onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX.

• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
• Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems)
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
• Working knowledge of software engineering skillsets and/or G&A skillsets within legal, finance, EHS, or HR

Expected Compensation

$64,000 - $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
