Job summary

Tesla is seeking a talented in-house Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for software teams powering Robotaxi, Energy Storage, Manufacturing, and AI & Cloud Infrastructure in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will develop robust candidate pipelines, source top talent with diverse approaches, and build strong relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in-house.
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions.
• Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends.
• Working knowledge of common software engineering skill-sets.
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow.
• Ability to prioritize high recruiting volume according to business needs.

This role partners closely with the IT Applications, Infrastructure & Security organization to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. You will own full cycle recruiting for software teams building products and technologies for various business critical initiatives, such as Robotaxi, Energy Storage, Manufacturing, and AI & Cloud Infrastructure, to name a few. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to Tesla.

Expected Compensation

$64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
