CHAOS Industries is seeking a Technical Sourcer for a 6-month contract, with potential extension or full‑time conversion. You will own the top-of-funnel for our priority engineering roles, collaborating with recruiters and engineers to map markets, outreach, and build a strong pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sourcing or recruiting for technical roles, can engage passive engineers, and possess strong written communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in technical or engineering roles.
Experience identifying passive candidates and engaging senior engineers.
Excellent written communication and outreach skills.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with Recruiting Lead, Recruiters, and hiring managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
Own top-of-funnel for high-priority engineering searches and build a healthy pipeline.
Develop creative strategies for hard-to-fill roles and outreach to passive candidates.
Write personalized outreach and build relationships from the first interaction.
Understand product, roadmap, and culture to position roles authentically.
Maintain and analyze pipeline metrics and iterate strategy based on results.
Experiment with AI tools to improve sourcing speed and effectiveness.
