Job summary

Plaid is seeking a Technical Sourcer to build the top of funnel for Software Engineering and Data Science roles. You will own pipeline strategy, conduct market research, and craft targeted outreach to attract qualified candidates, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

You will execute searches across multiple sources, maintain data hygiene in ATS, and generate intelligence on talent density and competitors to shape role scope and search strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, including in-house sourcing at a high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical roles across Software Engineering or Data Science.
• Run talent research: market maps, org mapping, open-source and technical community research, and advanced boolean and x-ray search.
