Job summary

Plaid is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build pipelines for our core Engineering and Data Science population. You will own the top of funnel across one or multiple tech pipelines, from market research and pipeline strategy through to qualified candidates entering the interview process.

You will carry a high req load across multiple teams at once, and you will maintain detailed, trustworthy pipeline data while turning insights into intelligence that helps shape role scope, leveling, and search

Qualifications

3+ years of technical sourcing experience in-house at a high-growth tech company.
Strong ability to build pipelines with market research and data-informed strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a candidate-first approach.

Responsibilities

Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical reqs across Software Eng or Data Science.
Run talent research: market maps, org mapping, open-source research, and advanced searches.
Write outreach that is personalized and highly responsive.
Maintain high-volume searches with disciplined follow-up and clean data.
Turn research into intelligence to shape role scope and search strategy.
Build diverse pipelines through inclusive outreach and research breadth.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate roles for findability.
Track funnel metrics and report findings to inform next steps.
Represent Plaid authentically as the first touch for candidates.
