Kleen-Rite Corp. is seeking a technically skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to assist customers and internal teams with car wash equipment issues, identify parts, and guide practical solutions that keep operations running smoothly.

This office-based role supports Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing, requiring hands-on troubleshooting experience and the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, industrial maintenance, mechanical or electrical service, or related technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a practical, systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment with motors, pumps, sensors, relays, switches, plumbing or controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals and parts breakdowns.
• Clear communication skills and patience to guide customers and coworkers through technical questions.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar equipment, research issues, and ask questions when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs and follow through.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, web apps, business systems).
• Professionalism, reliable attendance, and strong customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers and internal teams with technical questions on car wash equipment, parts, systems, and operations.
• Read and interpret schematics, parts breakdowns, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents.
• Gather information, research causes, and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Recommend practical solutions, replacement parts, upgrades, or corrective actions based on needs.
• Provide guidance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls-related issues.
• Help minimize equipment downtime through timely, accurate support and follow-through.
• Support quoting and order accuracy by verifying parts, configurations, and technical details.
• Suggest products and equipment solutions that meet customer needs.
• Share product knowledge and provide internal training as needed.
