Job summary

Koch-Chemie USA is seeking a Car Wash Sales & Service Technician to serve as the primary contact for tunnel wash customers within the assigned territory. You will combine hands-on technical service with consultative sales, training, and relationship management.

You will help customers optimize wash quality, chemical performance, and operating costs, inspect equipment, and troubleshoot performance issues. Travel is extensive within the territory as you grow existing accounts and develop new

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based technical service or consultative sales preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for tunnel wash customers within territory.
• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate chemical application and dispensing systems.
• Troubleshoot wash quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Monitor chemical usage, wash performance, and costs; propose package recommendations.
• Support equipment startups, product trials, and new customer onboarding.
