Job summary

Carwash Solutions is seeking a Service Technician I to perform on-site preventive maintenance and minor repairs on our vehicle wash equipment. You’ll learn core troubleshooting under supervision, focus on safety, and document all work accurately.

You’ll travel daily within assigned geography, assist in parts and system adjustments, and strive to elevate customer satisfaction while growing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Interest and aptitude in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to use basic math and writing skills.
• Clean driving record with limited violations and accidents.
• Willingness to travel daily and read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service work on equipment and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems.
• Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems.
• Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision.
• Run equipment cycles to verify basic function.
• Advise customers on service needs and part replacements.
• Maintain documentation, complete work orders, and logs.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure safe, quality service.
• Keep updated on equipment changes through training and manuals.
• Maintain inventory on service vehicles and comply with safety policies.
