Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales in developing customer-specific solutions.
• Interface with customers to gather technical requirements and provide feedback.
• Review and modify engineering prints with internal teams.
• Participate in design reviews and feasibility assessments.
• Assist in RFQ and quoting with accurate technical inputs.
• Maintain technical docs in ERP/CRM systems and support launches.
