Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arcadia.io

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We transform diverse data into a unified fabric for health. Our platform delivers actionable insights for our customers to advance care and research, drive strategic growth, and achieve financial success. For more information, visit arcadia.io.

Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia

Arcadia’s largest and most advanced partners often require carefully tailored solutions to allow them to leverage our software to the greatest extent. The technical project manager enables this work by taking ownership of custom solutions for our largest customers by defining requirements, designing solutions, and partnering with Data Health, Data Engineering, and Research & Development functions through the implementation.

This role reports to the SVP/GM of National Accounts and operates at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology, navigating complex data ecosystems, engaging stakeholders across all client areas, translating technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes to drive client retention, long-term value, and strategic growth for Arcadia.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

- Gain deep familiarity with the company’s core products, integration options, and configuration capabilities. Understand existing solutions implemented for advanced customers, including how the functionality works and any associated risks and issues; identify opportunities for improvements

- Engage in the implementation of 1-2 configurations or enhancements, supporting requirements gathering, documentation, and validation. Begin gathering requirements and engaging appropriate teams for new solution requests, focusing on documentation clarity and cross-team coordination

In 6 months

- Independently lead solution development initiatives involving moderate complexity, serving as the primary point of coordination for these efforts, owning timelines, technical documentation, and cross-functional alignment

- Serve as for the accountable owner for these solutions, fielding questions from internal customer and technical teams and optimizing as needed

- Introduce or refine internal documentation/templates for bespoke work to improve consistency and reduce engineering clarification cycles. Begin identifying repeat patterns across custom solutions and suggest improvements to product or platform capabilities where relevant

In 12 months

- Lead delivery of high-complexity bespoke solutions involving integration with client systems, data transformation logic, and unique product configurations impacting multiple modules

- Serve as a strategic advisor to customer management and sales teams on scalable and high-impact solutions for advanced customers

- Help mature the team’s overall approach to managing and documenting tailored client work, raising the bar for clarity, predictability, and technical depth

- Advise on Arcadia’s product development roadmap based on client feedback and internal observations

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive solution design: Lead requirements gathering with clients and internal stakeholders to design scalable, extensible solutions tailored to client needs. Assess impact to all parts of the platform architecture and client use cases to define high-impact and low-risk designs.
  • Own solution delivery: Serve as the primary lead for the delivery of customer-specific solutions, from scoping to go-live and through support, in the context of customer engagements owned by the Customer Management team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Coordinate across Customer Management, Data Health, Data Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to understand current and future product capabilities and design solutions that meet client needs while leveraging existing tooling and align with the product roadmap.
  • Translate complexity into clarity: Capture customer needs and create clear, actionable documentation (data flow diagrams, technical specifications where needed, etc.) that engineers can build from and clients can understand.
  • Document solutions: Deliver clear documentation on the full scope of the solution to inform internal and client stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive handoff to Production Support teams.
  • Communicate proactively: Provide clear status updates, surface risks early, and keep both internal teams and clients aligned throughout the project lifecycle; partner closely with the Implementation Managers and Data Health teams to ensure alignment with other ongoing account work.
  • Ensure delivery excellence: Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management and/or solution engineering in healthcare technology
  • Background in engineering or technical development (e.g., software engineering, systems architecture, or data engineering), with a strong grasp of modern development practices, tooling, and workflows
  • Proven ability to translate strategic client objectives into actionable insights and implementation plans, ensuring alignment and clarity across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward action—able to break down ambiguous requirements, identify edge cases, and guide teams toward scalable solutions
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills; comfort navigating technical conversations with engineers, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and clearly capturing the impact of technical decisions on end user workflows
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Would Love For You To Have

  • Experience in healthcare data integration, including claims and clinical data and custom and standards-based exchanges (HL7/FHIR)
  • Deep understanding of modern data pipelines and analytics workflows—including data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across systems and tools
  • Familiarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers), data lakehouse design patterns, and scalable, governed approaches to analytics delivery
  • Experience working with data orchestration and processing tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, or similar technologies)
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders (technical, clinical, and executive)
  • Organizational agility: navigating complex organizations, adapt easily to shifting priorities, and driving cross-functional alignment

What You'll Get

  • Impact at Scale – Play a critical role in shaping how a market-leading platform partners with some of the most advanced healthcare organizations to drive better outcomes for millions of patients
  • Access to Visionary Clients – Collaborate directly with innovators and leaders across Arcadia’s diverse enterprise client base, including top health systems, payers, and digital health pioneers
  • A Mission That Matters – Join a purpose-driven company that’s transforming how healthcare works—making it more data-driven, equitable, and patient-centered
  • A Culture with Heart – Work in a supportive, remote-friendly environment that values authenticity, collaboration, and a sense of humor
  • Flexibility & Balance – Enjoy excellent benefits, including unlimited Flexible Time Off, comprehensive health coverage, and a culture that respects work-life boundaries
