We are a fast-growing healthcare AI startup building solutions to transform payer workflows. We are seeking a Solutions Architect who can bring technical depth with strong customer-facing communication. You'll serve as the connector between our product, data science, engineering, and sales teams to ensure we build secure solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires deep technical knowledge of SDLC, with strong customer-facing skills and knowledge of AI/ML technologies to help clients understand how AI can solve their business challenges. The Solutions Architect will report directly to the Founder, while also engaging with product, data science, engineering (both onshore and offshore), and customers to design, present, and implement our AI solutions. Bonus points if you have worked in healthcare previously!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, technical environment, and AI readiness.
Design and articulate AI/ML-based solutions, including architecture diagrams, technology stacks, security details, and implementation roadmaps
Lead technical discussions, product demos, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and workshops with clients.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product management) to craft proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and solution documentation.
Stay current with trends in AI, ML, data science, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) to ensure solution relevance.
Support go-to-market initiatives by contributing to whitepapers, presentations, and technical collateral.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical architecture, solutions engineering, or full-stack development, with AI/ML experience
Strong foundation in SDLC, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and security / privacy standards (OAuth2, mTLS, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and AI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Agentic frameworks, MCP, A2A)
Comfortable interfacing with customers - especially in healthcare
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demos.
(Preferred but not required) Prior experience working in healthcare, especially payers, with an understanding of key payer workflows
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
