Job summary

AT&I Systems is seeking a technically skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to support customers with IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based platforms. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with proactive system management and customer education.

You will train customer administrators, optimize alerts, and conduct annual reviews with major accounts, serving as a senior resource for service and installation teams. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support background with troubleshooting focus.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and routing.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS-based management.
• Ability to train customers and translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer training after installations, upgrades, and expansions.
• Configure and optimize system alerts and event-based rules for new installations.
• Lead annual technical reviews with key accounts to assess functionality and configurations.
• Support installation and service teams with advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and partners to resolve complex issues.
