Job summary

Frontify, a leading brand platform, is seeking a US-based Solutions Engineer to own the technical depth for complex customer needs. You’ll handle APIs, SDKs, and custom extensions, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-sale to post-implementation. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Partner teams to shape scalable solutions.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, spending 1–2 days weekly in our New York office, and mentor peers while driving technical strategy for US-based customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineer/Architect/Consultant or customer-facing software role in SaaS.
• Hands-on with APIs, authentication, and data exchange patterns.
• Ability to scope technical solutions and create reusable reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations on APIs, SDKs, authentication, and extensibility.
• Design and validate complex technical solutions with partners and customers.
• Deliver prototypes and proofs-of-concept to de-risk projects.
• Own technical direction of custom extensions from design to go-live.
• Collaborate with commercial and success teams to refine requirements.
