We have been supporting our clients with tier-one products and outstanding service to ensure they have the tools to communicate and share their important documents quickly and efficiently.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Support Engineer to join our growing team. This position requires a strong understanding of workflow document solutions and exceptional problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to our clients, manage assigned development tasks, and ensure smooth operation of the clients respective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various document management systems, including but not limited to: DocuWare, and/or other Enterprise Content Management Solutions (ECM) / understanding and experience with workflows, business process automation, etc
• Analyze and resolve client issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Configure and customize document management systems to meet client needs
• Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external use
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Proactively identify and resolve potential system issue
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Must Have Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in IT or a related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support for workflow document solutions.
• Worked with configuring Docuware or similar Workflows
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, VB Script, HTML
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of RPA tools
• Experience working with APIs for data integration and automation
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) products and tools
• SQL – understand and able to write queries / procedures
• Active Directory / Azure (assist clients to set permissions for email capture/user sync)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
