Are you looking for a design engineering role with a rapidly-growing warehouse robotics company?

We’re hiring a Senior Design Engineer to join an innovative robotics and automation company in the US. You will join the solutions team which currently consists of 14 FTE's who are pivotal in the pre-sale and post-sale design process. This is a remote position with around 15-20% customer-facing travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex automation solutions utilizing the company's AMR technology
• Lead solution validation, testing, and optimization efforts to ensure maximum performance and efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on their automation journey
• Deliver executive-level presentations and detailed pre-sale technical proposals
• Provide ongoing consultation and automation roadmaps for long-term customer success
• Cross-functional collaboration & innovation
• Work closely with software engineers, implementation teams, and product managers to refine solutions
• Stay ahead of industry advancements and contribute to product innovation and solution enhancements

What we are looking for:

• Technical background with engineering degree necessary
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing automation, logistics, robotics, or supply chain operations
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout design
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, robotics, and material handling systems
• Proven experience in leading automation projects and delivering ROI-driven solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience with WMS/WES/WCS integration is a strong advantage
