Job Description

Arrow is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to support our client base in the Americas region. This role will lead partner enablement, recruitment, and provide technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities. The person will assist in the Red Hat OpenShift sales cycle, including partner and customer discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of technology solutions. The focus areas include modernization, virtualization, and AI. Responsibilities include supporting sales teams, presenting technical demonstrations, and developing knowledge across all Red Hat offerings, with a focus on Modernization and AI. The role may also involve responding to customer proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with Arrow teams, sales, partners, and customers to support joint objectives.
• Support lab functions from installation to troubleshooting.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the sales process.
• Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training on AI concepts and applications.
• Engage in executive-level conversations to educate and inspire on Red Hat solutions.
• Create thought leadership content like blogs, webinars, and white papers.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and maintain domain knowledge in Arrow Solutions Lab.
• Support enablement and training initiatives for customer-facing teams.
• Understand AI solutions and support internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry standards, new technologies, and provide customer feedback for product development.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of RedHat Software/SaaS principles and current certifications.
• Hands-on experience with all Red Hat products.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Red Hat ecosystem, AI, virtualization, scripting, and programming.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.

Work Arrangement

Fully remote with travel to Arrow or partner offices as needed.
