PaceMate Technical Solutions Specialist (full-time, 100% remote job)

Primary Location: U.S.

JOB SUMMARY

The PaceMate Technical Solutions Specialist is a self-starter with proven technical experience, excellent time management skills, and problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the primary technical contact for PaceMate accounts, assisting the Account Manager and customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The specialist also supports all technical workflows related to PaceMate software for internal teams and customers.

PaceMateLIVE is the only cardiac remote monitoring platform offering integration with all EHRs and cardiac device types in one dashboard, providing real-time patient data and enabling intelligent prioritization with its Auto-Triage feature.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage technical projects, including initiating and directing clinic builds and vendor site connections.
• Host onboarding vendor alert calls.
• Monitor platform performance for each customer.
• Support troubleshooting of EMR-related issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with EMR Go-Lives to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Understand customer technical issues, research, resolve, and de-escalate problems.
• Support on-site customer launches when needed.
• Participate in customer meetings involving technical troubleshooting and provide training support.
• Maintain vendor site connection quality assurance and scheduled monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, technical, and clinical operations.
• Keep accurate records within Hubspot and other tech stacks.
• Maintain One Login and Walkme requests per customer.
• Process Hubspot tickets promptly and support customer requests as needed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a science/health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in technical support within the cardiac device industry.
• Knowledge of cardiac devices and remote monitoring best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience working remotely in a healthcare startup environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR platforms, and related tools.
