Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Field-Based Technical Services Representative for the Southwest Territory. You will be the primary technical partner for assigned accounts, troubleshooting on-site and leading field trials to optimize product performance.

The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong communication, and exceptional relationship-building. Expect a demanding travel schedule and frequent customer interactions on plant floors.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
• Mechanical aptitude and electrical aptitude.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with demanding travel schedule.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel).

We're hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Southwest. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.

You'll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts
