Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Field-Based Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Midwest.

This hands-on role requires clear communication, real-time problem solving, and strong relationship building on the production floor. You will work on-site at customer facilities, troubleshoot challenges, lead field trials, calibrate dispensing equipment, and provide in-person training to plant teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a demanding travel schedule
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel)

We’re hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Midwest. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.

You’ll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts
• Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site
• Lead and monitor field trials
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment
• Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams

What It Takes to Succeed:
