Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Representative for field support across the Southwest. The role requires solving production challenges on-site, calibrating dispensing equipment, and leading field trials while building strong relationships with plant leadership.

You’ll travel extensively (up to 70%), train customers on location, and identify improvement opportunities to boost product utilization and performance on customer sites.

We’re hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Southwest. This is a high-impact, field‑based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.

You’ll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts


• Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on‑site


• Lead and monitor field trials


• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment


• Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams


• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus


• 3-5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service

• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required)
