Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Midwest from the field.

This on-site, high-impact role requires you to solve problems in real time on production floors and to build trust with operators and leadership teams. The position involves heavy travel (up to 70%), on-site calibration and maintenance of dispensing equipment, and delivering in-person trainings at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Midwest. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.

You’ll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts
• Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site
• Lead and monitor field trials
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment
• Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
