Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Field-Based Technical Services Representative to support Midwest customer accounts from production facilities.

The role emphasizes on-site problem solving, equipment calibration, field trials, and hands-on optimization of product performance on customer sites. You will travel regularly to plant locations, train operators and leadership teams, and build lasting relationships with managers and operations staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required).
• Concrete experience is preferred but not required. We can teach technical skills.

We’re hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Midwest. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.

You’ll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts

What It Takes to Succeed:
