AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a hands-on Technical Services Quality Manager for a high-volume distribution network in Dallas, TX. You will own QA/QC across inbound, in-process, and outbound operations and build supplier quality programs.

The role requires ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, RCA/CAPA, and collaboration with Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain on new product launches. Occasional travel and onsite work in Dallas. Salary up to $100,000/year DOE plus benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong expertise in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience managing quality in a high-SKU, complex product environment.
• Proven track record with supplier quality management.
• Knowledge of RCA; Fishbone Analysis; CAPA.
• Experience with PPP or similar product validation processes.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, including SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
