Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a reliable QA Plant Monitor to join our quality assurance team. This role performs quality inspections, plant monitoring, and testing of materials to ensure they meet standards in an industrial setting.

You will enter results into Excel, follow SOPs, and work a 12-hour shift schedule on a rotating basis; primary shift Mon-Fri 5:00 AM–5:30 PM with potential coverage of 2nd shift Sun-Thu 5:00 PM–5:30 AM. On-site environment with safety PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow SOPs and perform repetitive testing.
• Comfortable around manufacturing equipment and in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform truck sampling and plant quality monitoring.
• Conduct tests including acid percentage, dryer and buffer temperatures, pH testing, bushel weights, tare analysis, seed counts, and product appearance.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards.
• Enter testing results into Microsoft Excel.
• Report quality concerns and deviations to the Quality Control team.
• Assist with equipment calibration and variety cleanouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work in an industrial, warehouse, and laboratory environment while standing and walking for extended periods.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented QA Plant Monitor to join our Quality Assurance team. This position is responsible for performing quality inspections, plant monitoring, and testing of raw and processed materials to ensure products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform truck sampling and plant quality monitoring.
